Among the green and hills of our beautiful and charming region, the country house is the typical rural farmhouse full of comfort and furnished with very good taste.

The country house have been recently renovated, is located 780 meters on the sea level, 5 km to the city of Gubbio and 2 km to the Contessa statal road.

The hills around the country house offer a mild weather during the summer and the south-facing makes the winter not too cold in spite of the snow, which gives a suggestive atmosphere to the landscape.

The country house’s surface embraces 23 hectares of woods, fields and pastures.

The place is indicated for people who loves nature, excursions and green. Tha landscape offers a lot of natural views as a torrent, many founts and a beautiful path, reccommended by the Italian Alpin Club, for easy excursions among the hills.

The structure has got an equipped Barbecue, a common room and three two-room apartments with living room, cooking corner, bedroom and private bathroom.
